My name is Evgenia Vorobyeva and I have been in the topic of building an informed career for more than 5 years. I help professionals from academia and industry to understand in what direction to build a career and how to find a job in another country.
I completed my career coaching training according to ICF standards at Svetlana Berger's CareerWay School.
My work style
To point out inconsistencies and changes in your thoughts so that you come to deeper reasoning and feelings on your own.
Giving space for reflection. I don't rush or start talking instead of the client, as long as I can see the process of the brain working (and I can see it well on camera).
To work out of genuine curiosity and interest in the client, to explore with you your world and thought patterns.
