Describe your biggest, coolest result for your work.

Even though we only had one session, I was able to articulate what I had been missing lately and I started keeping a useful routine tracker for my main 4-5 monthly goals again. It really helped me to be more conscious and productive and I'm still keeping the tracker now, 2 months after the meeting.


What difficulty did you come to coaching with?

I came to the group session with the problem of fear and procrastination before big goals, having just recovered from a big burnout at my previous job.


How did the work go?


We worked in one group session, analyzed the issues of fear of big tasks, imposter syndrome, and procrastination. We also thought about the first steps needed to achieve one big goal, discussed the key values at the moment in life and career.


What did you leave coaching with?


It was very calming to just discuss what scares you and realize that it's normal and can be worked through. It was great to see that most areas of my life are currently aligned with my key goals and I just need a little more focus on what's important. It became easier to plan big ambitious goals.


In the first month after the meeting, I was able to keep my focus on 4 important areas almost every day and did something to achieve them every 1-2 days. I got rid of several hanging tasks at work, made a decision to apply for more ambitious positions by the end of the summer, adjusted my diet and sports regimen. Overall, I see improved productivity almost every workday.


What did you enjoy most about the session?


I really enjoyed the coaching and liked Zhenya's approach - lots of questions, a structured approach to the session, bringing reflection back to the client, reminding them of important thoughts spoken during the session. It was easy for me to brainstorm and I felt heard and surrounded by support.
