Roadmap of the program
Session 0. Free Introductory Meeting
During a complimentary 25-minute call, we will get to know each other and discuss your current career situation and goals. This will help you understand how well the program meets your goals and expectations. As a result, you will be able to make an informed decision about further participation.
Session 1. Getting to know each other and setting a goal
We will take an in-depth look at your work situation and formulate a career goal based on your current needs and aspirations. Already in this session you will take the first steps to increase your satisfaction in your current job. Your goals will become the basis for further steps in the program.
The session will include elements from art therapy.
Session 2. Professional Self-Worth
Explore your professional self-perception in detail to identify key competencies and growth areas. By reviewing your past experiences and approaches to challenges, you will understand how to strengthen your self-esteem in the workplace. This will help you to take a fresh look at professional challenges and choose the ones you want to take on.
The session will include a self-esteem scaling exercise that you can use on your own later.
Session 3. Identifying Strengths
In this session you will identify your strengths, especially those that are hard to see. We will break down your achievements so that you can use these experiences effectively in your career. This analysis will give you confidence in your own abilities and resources. And you will also begin to incorporate your strengths into your daily tasks.
In the session, I will offer an exercise to analyze your strengths.
Session 4. Identifying Values
Explore your personal and professional values so you can prioritize important decisions. Understanding your values will help you better determine which work environments or areas are right for you. You will be able to incorporate your values into your daily tasks, reduce the risk of emotional burnout and increase your job satisfaction.
In this session we will work with metaphorical maps.
Session 5. Sustainable Formulating a Long-Term Goal
We will formulate a long-term career goal based on your strengths and values. This goal will build on what you have learned about yourself in previous sessions. Together we will look at how your values and strengths can be applied in different areas, industries and positions.
Session 6. CV preparation based on strengths
In this meeting, we will discuss how to intelligently present your strengths in your CV to make it stand out from the rest. You will receive specific recommendations on how to customize your CV to fit your career goals and interests. We will emphasize how best to communicate your unique qualities to employers.
Session 7. Preparing for a job interview based on your values
Learn how to effectively prepare for a job interview based on your values and strengths. You will learn how to argue your career decisions and formulate answers that emphasize your uniqueness. This will help you interact confidently with potential employers.

Probably the coolest realization during the group session was that I am not alone. That even those who I see as cool, confident, and accomplished just as much as I am, have doubts and worries. This will greatly reduce the degree of responsibility and excitement.
Plus in the process of discussion I managed to confirm to myself that I am on the right path and doing everything right (this is very important and valuable when you try to dig into yourself on your own and then come to a specialist), to find new tricks and approaches for further work on yourself.
It always seemed that group coaching is significantly less effective than individual coaching, but there are a huge number of opportunities in group coaching that you can't find in individual meetings. During group meetings you get more support, the feeling that you are not alone, due to the fact that several other people are working through the same problem together with you, you can find more new approaches to solving it.

My self-esteem has grown. Communication with people became easier and clearer. I adjusted the balance between family, work and personal time. I realized that teamwork is of utmost importance to me and incorporated that knowledge into my career plan. I realized that I could leapfrog the senior engineer position and move towards project management.
I started thinking in terms of interesting projects rather than job categories. I now know what to emphasize when applying for a job, taking into account my values and strengths, which we broke down in the sessions. I have mapped out the steps for the first year, five years and 10 years ahead.
It is now three months after the last session and I have already completed 40% of my first year plan! I can see that I'm moving in the right direction and I'm fully motivated. Yeeeee! In those three months, I took responsibility for two projects and delegated some routine tasks. My salary increased by 10%, I was recognized as a valuable employee and offered a contract extension. I also learned how to translate conflicts into constructive discussions.
Maria, 28, education program coordinator
In the first month after the meeting, I was able to keep my focus on 4 important areas almost every day and did something to achieve them every 1-2 days. I got rid of several hanging tasks at work, made a decision to apply for more ambitious positions by the end of the summer, adjusted my diet and sports regimen. Overall I see improved productivity almost every workday.
It was very calming to just discuss what scares you and realize that it's normal and can be worked with. It was great to see that most areas of my life are currently aligned with my key goals and I just need a little more focus on what's important. It has become easier to plan big ambitious goals.
I really enjoy coaching and like Zhenya's approach - lots of questions, a structured approach to the session, bringing reflection back to the client, reminding them of important thoughts spoken during the session. It was easy for me to brainstorm and I felt heard and surrounded by support.
Marina, @marinanorkinav, junior researcher
During the communication we performed specific exercises in real time to work through different situations and identified those skills, abilities, one could even say behaviors, which actually help a lot in difficult situations, in everyday work, in achieving specific goals, but were used by me not consciously and rarely, and some of them were not based, and were considered as a shortcoming. As a result: understanding that it is necessary to use these skills every day and/or according to situations.
It was especially valuable for me to work in a group. From the outside, discussing with each other (other participants' situations) opens your eyes to yourself even more!
Thanks to Wife for creating an atmosphere where it was comfortable to share thoughts, have a discussion ❤️
